I just got back from my long run for the week. 6 Miles. And some even better news I got a couple PR on this training run. Distance, duration, calories burned, and average pace per week.
This is quite an accomplishment, IMO. Even though this is a relatively new year so there are going to be some adjustments made all the time for improvement. I have to say though that the average pace looks mighty desirable for when I accomplish that Dopey Challenge in Walt Disney World in January 2020 and it is finished in under 4.5 hours. But lots of planning to do until then.
After the run, I felt so much more relief because Husband and I got bad news yesterday causing both of us to start stressing. Until the issue is resolved I’m not at liberty to discuss it. But it looks like we might have to pay some $$$. We will see how it goes. Setbacks are bound to happen.
